Quality Care Agreement
It’s time to begin your maintenance program on the heating and air system we installed in your home. We have a great way to save you time and money! Our Quality Care Agreement (QCA) can help you do this.
This is a maintenance program in which we send trained technicians to your home to clean and service your system twice a year. Here are reasons to make this wise investment:
Lower Utility Bills – Dirty coils, for example, can cause strain on equipment creating longer run times (longer run times = higher utility bills).
Your Equipment Manufacturer Requires It – Without routine maintenance, the manufacturer can void the warranty (note: an out of warranty compressor can cost as much as $1,500.00). Protect your investment.
Extended Equipment Life – Just like changing the oil in your automobile, keeping your system tuned up will ensure a much longer life.
This QCA not only saves you money, but also offers peace of mind. QCA members receive preferred customer status with no overtime charges (even on nights, weekends, and holidays) and discounted repair fees.
