Since the unit was old, I decided to replace it along with a second unit that was just as old. Kimbro provided a competitive bid and replaced both units two days later. Charlie(Sales) met with us to look at our system and start laying out what will be needed. He gave us a couple of different options for units available. He gave us all of the facts between them but did not try pushing a higher end model on us. Let us decide what we would like. He also provided a ton of information about the systems and company. When install day came the installers (Barry and Terry) were very polite and explained everything that they were going to do and how long it would take. They completely cleaned up everything they touched each day. So happy I chose Kimbro Air with this service!!”

“O M G and WOW, The technician Nick that come out today to do my annual cleaning was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail with all the questions/concerns I had. He did things no on else has even done. He was very knowledgeable and precise. He was so polite and and didn’t act rushed as others have in the past. I hope he doesn’t get paid by how many appointments he is able to complete since I kept him here so long with all my questions. I have requested that he be the technician to come from now on. I have no idea how much Kimbro is paying this gentleman but he definitely deserves a big raise to be sure he doesn’t seek employment with other heating and air companies. I wish he was multi talented so he could do all the work/repairs that we as a home owner has to have done because he would be the one we would always use.
